Superb product. Easy to follow instructions. You plug in, switch on, and away you go !! Set the watch winder turns clockwise then anti-clockwise for 12 hour, and switches itself off for 12 hours and then starts up again. Watch keeping perfect time since using the winder. Looks very expensive, great finish and works perfectly (so far) but not had it long although I have faith in this company as I emailed them to ask a question about the TPD settings (as there are loads to choose from and I got confused) - they got back to me within 24 hours! My Cartier is running to perfect time with no loss and I've left it for weeks on the winder recently. Much quieter than more expensive models too! Would not hesitate to recommend.
Perfect for my new watch
Got another new watch for my Birthday and seeing as though I have a few and this one needs winding I thought I would invest in an automatic winder for when I am not wearing it. There were numerous to choose from but I am sure I made the right choice, this one is perfect. It is also quiet and sites there working away next to me while I sleep.

So far, I like this unit a lot. It looks to be very good quality, and it was easy to set up. I have Rolex, Panerai, Cartier and Tag watches, and so far the winder is helping them to keep perfect time. After reviewing this product several times, and watching the company's review about tradition and quality, I was surprised that it was manufactured in Taiwan not locally made. I only hope that for the premium price I paid, that this unit lasts for many years.

I've bought other winders before that were kinda banged up in shipping, but this one came immaculately packed and is truly a sight to behold on my desk. Its a perfect size, not too big and not too small and the controls are easy to figure out. Overall this is the best winder I've gotten, I love the little key that locks the door and the finishing and quality is excellent.

This is the most quiet watch winder my husband has ever had you do not even know that it is working. It is keeping the watch wound and it is a beautiful leather casing.

My auto-watch is in the winder and fit perfectly with the adjustable cushion. The watch stays where you put on the pillow and the pillow locks in place in the winder. After getting a high end automatic watch for Christmas, I bought a cheap plastic winder to keep in running. The plastic winder worked pretty well at first, but started becoming noisy and then the motor eventually failed after less than a year. So after doing some research I discovered that sgwatchwinder is pretty much the top of the line in watchwinders. Although this model was two times the cost of my plastic winder, it is clearly worth it. The leather finish, and LCD motor controls, are rich and beautiful; and the motor is totally silent and has no obnoxious lights. It looks great and does its job superbly. sgwatchwinder has legendary great customer service, so I have no worries about this unit quietly winding my watches for many years to come. Don't make the same mistake I made and buy a cheaper unit. Go with quality first as it will cost you less in the long run. I highly recommend this winder.
